Great for a relaxing getaway

The spa facilities were a highlight, clean and well-maintained. The breakfast? Fantastic, just what you need to start the day right.

We had an amazing experience exploring the nearby Preston Park Museum & Grounds, just a short 20-minute walk away. the staff were brilliant and genuinely caring, making our stay feel very special.

Clean room, friendly staff, with highlights being a lovely indoor swimming pool where my child enjoyed playing, and a delicious dinner option from the children's menu that was tailored to her preferences.

the staff were super nice and really helpful, the facilities like the pool were clean and chill, and our suite was way bigger than expected so we loved that. everything felt tidy and welcoming, and the on-site restaurant had yummy food at good prices. we totally loved that they provided towels at the spa area, made things so much easier.

the only downside was that the other guests were loud late at night which kept us from getting a good sleep. also, cigarette smoke was awful in the hallway and that kinda ruined the vibe.

The Parkmore Hotel had some nice aspects, especially the spa facilities. I enjoyed the well-maintained hydrotherapy pool. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making a positive difference. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection and high quality. The room, however, let me down. It felt dated, with walls needing touch-ups and a somewhat worn-out bathroom. The noise from outside was disruptive, especially near the kitchen area. The dining experience left much to be desired. my meal came out late, and the quality fell short. I expected more for the price, considering the condition of some areas. Cleanliness could improve in communal spaces. I appreciated the responsive front desk staff but felt the hotel could benefit from more attention to detail.

we had a lovely family stay at the parkmore. the pool was fantastic and my little girl had a blast! it was warm, which made it even better. the food at the bird cage was excellent too, especially for dinner. they even made chicken strips for my picky eater, which was a nice touch.

I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff during my stay. The evening dining experience stood out, with thoroughly presented meals, although flavor could improve. Don't miss the leisure facilities, especially the jacuzzi – perfect after a long day. Remember to ask about pool schedules for a quieter experience!

The bed in the family room was comfortable, and the staff were genuinely pleasant and seemed happy to be there. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired. the food was overpriced, and the restaurant itself was dirty, with dusty chairs and sticky tables. the noise from the leisure center was disruptive, and the lack of hot water during my stay was disappointing.

Loved the lovely hydrotherapy spa and the awesome gym facilities. The indoor pool was a nice touch after working out. The fishcakes for starters were to die for!

I loved our stay! The afternoon tea was just exquisite and so beautifully presented, and the breakfast spread was generous and delicious. The spa facilities looked inviting, even though we couldn't use them this time. I would definitely return!

The full English breakfast was a proper feast – top-notch quality! The staff in the breakfast area were so welcoming. you could tell they loved doing their job. Plus, it’s a clean and comfy spot for a night away – can’t complain there!

The restaurant service was a proper shambles. waited ages for food that often wasn’t even available. Plus, it was a bit of a rough start when I was told my kid couldn’t swim at the time we arrived. Bit of a letdown, really.
